🛒 Ordering Process (Online)

All products on our website display:

• a photo of the product with the Barceló logo,

• a final unit price based on quantity tiers,

• product details and specifications.

Branding costs are already included in the displayed price.

1. Select the product

Each product page shows the item with the Barceló logo and a clear unit price for quantities such as 100, 300, 500 pcs, etc.

2. Choose the quantity

Select your required quantity.
The total amount updates automatically.

3. Add to Cart

Add any product to your cart — multiple different items can be combined in a single order.

4. Proceed to Checkout

At checkout, please provide:

• delivery address,

• billing information,

• VAT details,

• contact person for coordination.

5. Payment & Confirmation

After placing the order and completing payment, you will receive an email confirmation.

6. Production Begins

Once payment is received, your order immediately enters production according to the standard lead times.

📧 Ordering via Email

You may also place orders by email.
This can be useful when ordering multiple items or when you prefer direct communication.

To order by email, please send us:

• links to the products you wish to order,

• quantities for each product,

• delivery address,

• billing details (including VAT information).

We will prepare an order summary and issue a payment link or proforma invoice.
Once payment is confirmed, the order enters production.

🚚 Delivery & Logistics

Poland

• Free shipping for orders above 2,000 PLN net

• Below this amount: 20.33 PLN net

European Union

• Free shipping for orders above 900 EUR

• Below this amount: 21 EUR

Shipments may include multiple different product types within a single order.

Logistic thresholds may vary slightly depending on the destination country or individual hotel, but the amounts above apply in standard cases.

💶 VAT 0% for EU Deliveries

We are an EU-registered VAT payer.
For shipments delivered directly from Poland to another EU country, we can issue invoices with 0% VAT, provided that:

• the goods leave Poland and are delivered to another EU country,

• we receive documents confirming the delivery.

🌍 Additional Branded Products

We will prepare a tailored offer based on your needs, branding requirements and quantity.
